4. Payment Terms

All pricing and payment schedules will be included in your service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on any outstanding balance.

We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and creative assets developed specifically for you become your property once payment is made in full. However, we reserve the right to showcase select work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service agreement with written notice. Any fees for work already completed up to the cancellation date will still be due. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for services in the past 6 months.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business and will not share proprietary or sensitive information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
